When you subscribe/Sign up to ANY of our Memberships you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: Time Hold Policy Taking some time off? not a problem, please ensure you give your debit cycle of 1 week, 2 weeks or 1 months written notice to hold the full amount - for up to 4 weeks. For Time holds a date of Stop and a date of return MUST be stated in your email. *All cancellations and time holds must be submitted in writing and your appropriate debit cycle notice is required at ALL TIMES. Coolbodz Cancellation Policy ALL Memberships: Please ensure you give your debit cycle or have met your minimum commitment in written form to cancel your membership. We always advise to give any new membership a good 3 months, but if Coolbodz just isn't the place for you that's ok, send an email to: [email protected]. We only accept your cancellation and time hold requests when it is in an Email. PT Memberships: Our Online PT & Online PT+ memberships are both a minimum of 8 week commitment. Online PT+Reformer is a minimum of 12 week commitment. Your Personal Training session time is you're locked in time for the 8, 12 weeks or ongoing, please ensure you keep your commitment and choose the best time that you can 100% stick to. PT Membership options: Online: 8 week minimum commitment 1 x 45min PT per month FULL app access for nutrition plans and home workouts. Online+: 8 week minimum commitment 1 x 45min PT per month FULL app access for nutrition plans and home workouts. UNLIMITED access to fitness classes per week. Online+Reformer: 12 week minimum commitment 1 x 45min PT per month FULL app access for nutrition plans and home workouts. UNLIMITED access to fitness classes per week. UNLIMITED access to reformer pilates classes per week. *No refunds of PT sessions are given, it may be possible to reschedule however, we ask that you be flexible if you need to reschedule your PT session. |
